This recipe for overnight oats is your solution!! Its a major game changer when it comes to a healthy hassle-free breakfast.
When I was younger, I had an addiction to my Grandmother’s Apple Pie. It was probably my favourite desert. I’ve been looking for something healthy to fill that void ever since, and this is what I came up with!
I’m not kidding when I say that these healthy Apple Pie Overnight oats actually taste like apple pie. They combine the perfect mix of cinnamon, applesauce and crunchy pecans to delight your tastebuds! All you need to do is prepare it in the night (which takes less than 5 mins and only one container) and voila, it’s ready to go in the morning!
So what are you going to use your extra morning time for?! Sleep? makeup? Hair?

- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup unsweetened apple sauce
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- sprinkle of ground cloves
- chopped apples
- chopped pecans
- Add all of your ingredients to a jar or container with a lid.
- Mix it up!
- Top with more cinnamon, chopped apples and pecans!
- Store in the fridge overnight.
- Grab and go in the morning! (Eat them cold or microwave them)
If you want the pecans to be crunchy, then add them in the morning.
